Shipping

Depending on your region, shipping time is between 3-7 days in The Benelux and 1-4 weeks in Europe. Destinations outside of europe may exceed this timeframe.

Orders over 100 Euros have free delivery.

The delivery fee below 100 euro depends on your method of transport as well as your region.

We are able to ship world wide however primarily focus on the US and EU. Please contact us in case you have any doubts.

For EU customers, taxes are included in the purchase price. Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, tariffs, or local fees, which are not covered by us. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Warranty

For Watches:

Our warranty safeguards against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. We offer free replacement for any flawed components discovered by our workshop.

However, please be aware that our warranty does not cover theft, loss, wear and tear, or damage from mishandling, neglect, accidents, or improper use.

This includes damages linked to normal wear and tear.

For straps and accessories, we cover manufacturing defects but exclude wear and tear, discoloration, or damages due to mishandling or neglect.

Yes, servicing is a possibility with us however we advice you to give as much information as possible so we can look for the best solutions. Sometimes there are more economical alternatives than a full-service however the choice is completely yours, we merely advice.

All our products have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns

Once you have received your items, you have 30 days to activate the return process by contact us.

Please note:

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear. This is because we are not able to sell any items that have been used. We hope you understand.

Once the return has been accepted after inspection, your money will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

If you experience any issues. Please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will try to work with you as best as we can when you return a product, however you will need to contact the carrier your used and try to resolve it with them before we are able to do anything from our side.
